Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU countries, and Vietnam.

EU countries we currently ship to include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Carriers & Shipping Methods

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, FedEx, DHL, and YunExpress.

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Economy & Standard Shipping: Available for all customers.

  • Express Shipping: Available for US customers only.

  • USPS Shipping: Available for select priority products. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days (depending on your location).

  • Economy Shipping Method:

    • Sleepbag & Blanket: $12.90

    • Other products: $6.90

    • Free shipping for orders over $80

  • Standard Shipping Method:

    • Sleepbag & Blanket: $12.90

    • Other products: $12.90

  • USPS Shipping:

    • Shipping fees are calculated directly by the USPS carrier at checkout.

Other Countries (Canada, United Kingdom, EU, etc.)

  • Economy Shipping Method:

    • Flat rate: $8.95

    • Free shipping for orders over $80

Vietnam

  • Standard Shipping: All orders ship free of charge.

Delivery Time Frame

Handling Time

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 7–9 business days for order handling. We are dedicated to improving quality, care, and attention to detail for each customer.

  • Personalized Items: All personalized items are made-to-order. Please allow up to 8–12 business days for production and quality inspection.

(Note: For orders placed before January 10, 2026, handling time was 4–6 business days for standard items and 8–10 business days for personalized items).

Shipping Time

  • Economy Shipping Method: Please allow 12–14 business days for delivery based on your shipping address.

  • Standard Shipping Method: Please allow 8–10 business days for delivery based on your shipping address. We are constantly optimizing our processes to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible.

  • USPS Shipping: Available for select priority products. Delivery is usually within 1–5 business days after shipment. You should expect to receive your order within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.

During Sales & Peak Seasons

  • Processing Delays: Purchases made during large releases may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged. Sales events may require up to 4–5 weeks for processing and packaging.

  • Address Changes: During sales, we are unable to change shipping addresses or combine shipping on multiple orders.

  • Inventory: Items may be restocked or further marked down during the sale. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a restock or further markdown.

  • Lilopuff reserves the right to refund any purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our website to check the real-time status of your shipment.

Taxes

  • The total purchase price, including applicable sales tax, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Sales tax is collected in compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations and applies only to taxable products as required by law.

  • Shipping charges are not subject to tax.

What to Do If You Don’t Receive Your Order

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven't received the package, check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s delivery area.

  3. Confirm that the shipping address provided at checkout was correct.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us at support@lilopuff.com with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue promptly and assist you in resolving it.
